TUITION DEPOSIT:
NON-REFUNDABLE
A deposit equal to one-half of your monthly tuition is due May 1,
2010. Junior Kindergarten tuition deposits are due upon
acceptance. This amount confirms your child’s enrollment and will be
applied to his/her tuition for June 2011. This deposit is not
refundable should your child not attend CLC, change programs, or be withdrawn from
school prior to the completion of the school term. The
monthly tuition is due on the first of each month.

LUNCH: Children attending any
half day program have the option to stay for the lunch hour.
Sign ups for regularly scheduled lunches will be Monday, August 2,
2010. Children bring their own lunch. CLC will
provide milk each day.
Creative
Learning Center is closed during school and legal
holidays, generally following the SRVUSD school calendar. |
